Zak Dwight, Crisp County, Senior

Dwight is equally effective on both sides of the ball. The south paw combo forward averages 17.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, and an eye-popping 6.3 blocks per game according to Maxpreps. Albany State and South Georgia Tech have extended offers and several others are in hot pursuit.

Malik Gillespie, Houston County, Junior

Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Georgia State threw their names into the Malik Gillespie sweepstakes early and a few others are starting to sniff around. He’s been an integral component in Houston County’s (18-4) success this season throwing in a team high 14.1 points per game. Expect to see his stock continue to skyrocket going into the stretch run of the school ball season as well as on the travel ball scene this spring and summer.

Chase Dupree, Southwest-Macon, Junior

Dupree has been on a mission from the outset of the season. He has been in constant attack mode offensively and even more assertive on the defensive end. Chase is arguably the most complete, all-around prospect in the area. He’s turning in 21.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.7 steals a game. North Carolina A&T is already in on him and the phone is starting to ring more everyday for the Southwest-Macon stud.

Gabe Jacobs, Warner Robins, Senior

The North Florida signee is the clear guy for the Demons. His athleticism and shot making ability gives opponents nightmares. Jacobs throws in 17 points and grabs 5 rebounds per game and shoots the three-ball at a 39% percent clip. Warner Robins’ postseason success will be heavily predicated on how well No.25 plays.

Karez Demory, Baldwin, Junior

Demory consistently fills the box score and carries a heavy load for the Braves. He leads the team in points per game (18.1), hands out 2.1 assists and pulls down 5.2 rebounds. Every year he gets better during the latter part of the season and right now he is hitting that stride, so buckle up as postseason play looms. It’s also noteworthy to mention that Jacksonville University is keeping close tabs on the talented junior.

Joshua Harden, Westside-Macon, Senior

Harden recently picked up his first offer from Arkansas State-Newport. He makes a living on the offensive glass and thrives in transition. His 19.8 points and 8.7 rebounds per contest has him in the thick of our Mr. Middle Georgia Basketball race. With Josh’s high motor and consistent production, the Seminoles will be a dangerous opponent come region tourney and state playoff time.

Jmari Greene, Putnam, Junior

Greene is the leader for the state’s #1 ranked A-DI squad. His 17.3 points per game are tops on the team and has piqued the interest of Columbus State. The Eagles have a great opportunity in front of the them and Jmari will be a huge reason why if Putnam can get it done.
